Tool history: where results are saved and for how long
Results are saved on your account. Without Premium each tool keeps its last 3 entries; after Premium ends, everything is kept for 30 more days.

You don't need to press Save: a result goes to History as soon as it is ready. History is stored on your account, so the same entries appear on web.vocalingo.app, iOS and Android when you sign in with the same account.
Where to find a past result
There are two ways to reopen a result:
History inside a tool: the clock button at the top right of the tool screen. It lists that tool's entries, newest first. Tap an entry to open it.
Recent on the Tools tab: a row of the latest results from all tools, above the tool grid. It shows 10 cards; See all opens the full list. Each card shows Processing, Ready or Failed. You can hide the row in Settings with Recent on the Tools tab.
Opening a saved result doesn't cost tokens. Tokens are spent only when you start new processing, for example a new voiceover or a translation into another language.

How long results are kept

Premium has ended | Nothing is deleted for 30 more days. During that time History shows "Your data will be deleted soon. Renew Premium to keep it." After 30 days only the last 3 entries in each tool remain. |
Without Premium, History shows the reminder "The last 3 items stay in history. Upgrade to Premium to keep everything." Entries that are still processing or failed in Video Translation, Add Captions and Video to Text don't count toward the 3 and aren't removed by this limit. If an important result is about to be pushed out of History, save the file to your phone or copy the text first. A deleted entry can't be restored.
Failed or cancelled tasks are deleted with their files after 2 days, on any account.
How to delete an entry
Open History in the tool.
Tap the trash button next to the entry. There is no swipe to delete.
Confirm in the dialog, for example "Delete entry from history?".
The entry disappears on all your devices, and its files are removed from storage within 2 days. An entry in Voice Changer that is still processing can't be deleted until it finishes.
Frequently asked questions
Why did an old result disappear?
Without Premium only the last 3 entries in each tool are kept, so a new result pushes out the oldest one. If you had Premium, the full History waits 30 days after it ends and then is trimmed to 3 entries.
I signed in on a new phone and History is empty. Where is it?
Check that you signed in with the same account as before: the same email, Google account or Apple ID. History belongs to the account, not to the phone.
