How to buy tokens: packs, prices and payment
Packs of 100 to 5,000 tokens are a one-time payment with no subscription, and the tokens never expire. Buy them in Settings under Balance.

Token packs and prices
There are five packs. The table shows web prices in US dollars as a guide. In the App Store and Google Play the price is set by the store, can differ by country and is shown in the app in your local currency before you pay.

Buy tokens on iPhone or Android
Open the Settings tab.
In the Balance card, tap Buy tokens. You can also tap the token balance in the top right corner of the Tools tab and choose Token pack.
Choose a pack.
Confirm the payment in the App Store or Google Play window.
After the payment the app shows "Payment confirmed. Tokens will appear in your balance shortly." Tokens usually arrive within seconds.
Buy tokens on the web
On web.vocalingo.app tokens are paid by card at the prices in the table. Sign in with the same account you use in the app, open Settings and tap Buy tokens. The tokens appear in the app as well, because the balance belongs to the account.
Pay with a Russian card (YooKassa)
When the app language is Russian, you can pay with a Russian bank card through YooKassa. The price in rubles is shown before you pay. On Android with a Russian time zone YooKassa opens first. On other devices it is offered after you close the App Store or Google Play window without paying.
Is a token pack a subscription?
No. A pack is charged once, and nothing is charged again automatically. Tokens from a pack never expire and stay on your balance until you spend them, even if you also have Premium.
You can buy tokens in guest mode too. To use them on other devices, sign in to an account later: the guest tokens stay with you.
If something goes wrong
You paid but the tokens are not on your balance: Purchase not showing.
The store declined the payment: Payment didn't go through.
