How to create a VocaLingo account or try it as a guest
Sign in with email and a 6-digit code, with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. Or tap Try without sign up and link an account later without losing history.

Sign-in and sign-up happen on the same screen. If there is no account for your email, Google or Apple ID yet, VocaLingo creates it on the first sign-in. There are no passwords.
Which sign-in methods work where
Email and Google work everywhere. Sign in with Apple is available only in the iOS app. If you signed up with Apple and now use Android or the web, see Signed up with Apple: how to sign in on Android or the web.

How to sign in with email
Enter your email in the Email field and tap Continue.
Open the email from VocaLingo and find the 6-digit code.
Enter the code on the Verify Code screen. You are signed in.
If the code doesn't arrive, wait 60 seconds and tap Send code again. Disposable email services are blocked: the app shows "This email domain is not allowed". A full checklist is in I didn't receive the login code.
How to sign in with Google or Apple
Tap Continue with Google or, on iPhone and iPad, Continue with Apple.
Choose your account and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your password.
If the window closes with "Couldn't sign in with Google. Please try again or use email.", try again or use email with a code.
How to try VocaLingo without an account
Tap Try without sign up at the bottom of the sign-in screen. VocaLingo creates a guest account: tools, chat and purchases work, and the Settings tab shows a Guest mode card instead of your profile.
A guest can't use these features:
AI Calls and phone number verification;
a friend's referral code and tasks that give free tokens;
the reward for a store review;
connecting VocaLingo to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents (MCP);
a knowledge base in chat projects.
How to keep a guest's history after signing in
Link an account to the guest and everything stays: history, voices, tokens and settings.
Open Settings and tap the Guest mode card, or tap Sign in on the "Save your progress" banner on the Tools tab.
Choose email, Google or Apple and finish the sign-in.
If that email already has a VocaLingo account, the app shows "Email already in use". Tap Sign in to existing to switch to that account: purchased guest tokens move to it automatically, but guest chats don't, and a YooKassa subscription bought as a guest doesn't move either.
Are tokens added for signing up
No. A new account, guest or full, starts with 0 tokens: the welcome bonus is turned off. To run a paid tool, buy a token pack or Premium, see how to buy tokens. Free tokens for inviting friends are described in the referral program; the code has to be entered within 30 days after sign-up.
If sign-in doesn't work
"Wrong code": check the digits and take the code from the latest email if you requested several.
"Too many attempts. Please try again later.": wait a few minutes and request a new code.
"Your device clock is out of sync": turn on automatic date and time on the phone, see device clock out of sync.
"Account deleted": this email belonged to a deleted account. It can't be used for 30 days after deletion; after that you can sign up with it again. If the account was deleted by mistake, write to support.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use one account on my phone and on the web?
Yes. Sign in with the same method on every device: balance, history, My Voices and Premium are stored in the account, not on the phone.
Do I need a password?
No. Email sign-in sends a new code each time, and Google and Apple confirm the sign-in themselves.
