How Voice Changer works: a new voice in audio or video
Voice Changer swaps the voice in a recording or video of up to 5 minutes for an ElevenLabs voice and keeps the words, intonation and timing. About 14 tokens a minute.

Nothing is translated: the person in the recording says the same words in the same language, only in another voice. People use Voice Changer to voice a Reel without their own voice, to try a line in a male, female, older or younger voice, to make a character for a sketch or a game clip, or to hide their real voice before publishing. It works on web.vocalingo.app, iOS and Android.

Each source can be up to 5 minutes long. Links aren't accepted: to change the voice in a video from YouTube or TikTok, download it first. Limits and error messages: Voice Changer limits, cost, watermark and errors.
How to change a voice
On the Tools tab, open Voice Changer.
On the Source tab, record audio or choose a file, then tap Continue.
On the Voice tab, choose a voice from the ElevenLabs Library or Community. The play button next to a voice plays a sample. For a video, the Add VocaLingo watermark toggle is here too. Tap Continue.
On the Result tab, check the selected voice and the estimated cost, then tap Change voice.
First the file uploads with a percentage on the button, then the voice is replaced. Keep the app open until the upload reaches 100%. After that you can minimize it: the result appears on the Result tab and in History, and if the app was closed it loads when you open Voice Changer again.

What you get
Audio: a player with the new recording. One button next to it shares the file in the app or downloads it on the web.
Video: the same video with the new voice. In the app there are Share and Save to Gallery, on the web Download.

How to try another voice on the same recording
All results are in History: tap the clock icon at the top. Items are marked Video, Processing or Failed.
Open an item from History. The source and the result load into the screen.
On the Voice tab, choose another voice.
On the Result tab, tap Change again. The file doesn't need to be uploaded again.
To delete an item, tap the trash icon. An item that is still processing can't be deleted. Without Premium, History keeps the last 3 results.
How much it costs
About 14.4 tokens per minute of the source, counted by its real length: a 30-second clip costs about 8 tokens, a 5-minute recording about 72. Tokens are charged only when the result is ready, and each new voice on the same source is charged again. Prices for all tools: token pricing for each tool.
What Voice Changer can't do
Translate. For speech in another language, use Translate audio or Translate video.
Use your own cloned voice. Only ElevenLabs voices are available here. Your voices work in Text to Speech and Translate audio.
Take a link or a recording longer than 5 minutes.
Remove the watermark from a video without Premium.
